The HERZEN journey

In 2012 we created Asgard, a B2B internet operator for logistics complexes.

Our clients grew to more than 160 companies, including VseInstrumenty, Delovye Linii, Kuehne + Nagel, Came Russia and Vitek.

For properties shipping 24/7 we use BGP, STP and hot standby.

In 2014 Herzen Capital was founded. Commercial real estate joined telecom: agency services, analytics and management. We worked on launching a shopping center, managing a fast-food chain, research and marketing campaigns.

In 2019 we began a new stage — the HERZEN industrial agency. Our focus is warehouses, production and logistics. We handle more than 100,000 sq. m a year: lease, sale and contract warehousing. We comment on the market for leading media. We close deals with OZON, Gazprom Neft and CSKA. We develop investment deals and advise owners of large industrial properties.

We continue our work in telecom and IT: we provide connectivity for large logistics parks and shopping centers and develop solutions for management companies of commercial properties.
